Re: R.I.P. Ron Roddel
RIP!! I did not have the chance to get to know Ron as well as others, but always enjoyed seeing his unique combination on the track, and had the fortune of spending a little time with him in the Gusso pit area over the years. He will most certainly be missed!

Re: R.I.P. Ron Roddel
Very sad to hear this news about Ron. I just spoke with him at Indy, he was always very nice. Even though I didn’t know him well he made me feel like I’ve know him for years. Prayers to Ron’s Family and Friends.

Re: R.I.P. Ron Roddel
Was so shocked and saddened to hear this news today. I'm blessed to have gotten to know Ron over the last 10 years and count him as one of my friends. He was always such a pleasure to spend time with. He always treated my kids and I with respect and fun at the races. His passion and drive for our sport was contagious. I looked up to him and the way he carried himself in life, business, with his family.... He will be sorely missed...

Re: R.I.P. Ron Roddel
This is a tough one. I first met Ron after high school in the mid 60's and we became friends right away. What I liked about Ron, and I think defines who Ron was ,is the word "Integrity" . Family was at the top of his list , working with his parents and brother and sisters in the family business, and raising his famliy with Judy . We traveled alot of miles racing over the years and it is going to be tough going to the races knowing Ron won't be there. You will always be with us.
