Re: 2 post-4 post lifts
Rod Greene,
I just ordered an Advantage 4-post 11,000lb. lift for the shop. After talking to one of their reps (Mike Bartholow) out at the PRI show and viewing the one they had on display I was very interested. Plus, if you ordered it there you got a nice discount.

That's the one I'm looking at. It's been a few days since I looked at their website. Is this the one that has a system to move it around the shop, not permanently mounted to the floor? Seems like that would be a nice perk.

I have rolled mine out of the shop and put my dually on it to pressure wash. I would recommend getting the air jack with it makes brake jobs easy and lifts my cummins dually with ease. I can't seem to post pics but I have some of it rolled outside. It is very stable and well built.

BTR69,
Yes, this is the one. Comes with the mobile caster kit. Doesn't have to be anker to the floor. If you click on the link in my post, you can see what is included with the lift.
If you were at the past PRI show it's the one, they had set up.

Cool. Thanks for the info. Looks like my mind is made up now. Just started moving my stuff into the new to me shop today. Once I have a better idea on how the shop will be organized, I'll be calling them. Thanks again.

Thanks. Never been to PRI, but would like to some day. Thanks for your input on it. Should be ordering one in a month or two.

Re: 2 post-4 post lifts
BTR69,
Just a heads-up. Might want to order one shortly. They told me they are 8-10 weeks out as of right now. Puts me about the end of March.
