He Phillip:

We live a hour up the road in Boulder City NV.

Anything you need buddy just call me = You have
my phone number.

We would certainly enjoy having you as a neighbor.....
You have always been very good to us.

If you do not have my phone.....PM me.
I am old and already get too many troubleshooting
calls at 6AM in the morning to post it here!

Phil, my brother-in-law lives there and has for many years. Shoot me a PM with a list of questions and I'll run it by him. The in-laws lived in Kingman (we got married under the London bridge 45 years ago, and believe me Lake Havasu and Kingman have changed dramatically in the last decade.) Much better climate than the Valley for sure, and not far from the Colorado River and of course Vegas is not too far.

I remember Kingman as being an armpit. If I were moving to the desert It would not be Az it would be Nevada no income tax or Tx no income tax. But I don't like the desert to live in so I moved to the great state of Tn no income tax cheap land 4 seasons and real friendly people.

You have to love a town that has an annual drag race down Main Street.

Hi John,
I was wondering if you had anything, lol. I might have to book a flight and come down for a day and have a visit. Every time I find something in Kingman I like it's sold within a day.

Hi Rod,
Tennessee would be nice also but I have about 10 trailer loads of stuff to move. lol
Fallon NV might be a option also but I haven't seen any properties I like there yet.
