Thanks, but I am not on FB. I watch Q2 on YouTube after the fact and the sound on my computer was not that good so I just wanted to double check what I heard.

Is GUMP trying to fire a shot across the bow to Uncle (Good) Robin?

1.207 under doesn’t matter any longer except for upping the average. Way to go Gump!

I wasn't there but was tuning a couple cars remotely from here in OHIO. While doing so someone had a heart attack and had to be removed from a car.I'm not so sure who or what class. Maybe that is what your talking about?

It was Jeff Anderson. He was driving a super gas car as his wasn’t ready yet. He made the pass and got back to his pit area and had to be helped out of the car. He collapsed to the ground. The track paramedics NHRA safety crew got to him and started life saving procedure’s until the county paramedics arrived and took over. They worked on him for quite a while then transported him to the hospital. I later heard firm Jeff’s close friend Eddie Diaz that they had revived him and he was awake talking. Hopefully he will continue to get better but needs our prayers for sure. Happens right behind my pit space and it was a sobering experience to see one of your friends fighting for his life.
Richard Mace gave Jeff chest compressions until the paramedics arrived.

Mike, sorry to hear about Jeff. Glad that he is awake and doing better.
On another note, what happened to most all the stockers for round 1, two pair went down and they had to wait several minutes for the rest to show up.
