Tom, I used to run what I believe is the same dist. purchased about 1990. I did not have the adapter for the large cap with HEI terminals. The cap screwed down directly without the adapter and was smaller diameter with the old style push in terminals. At some point I could not locate a cap and rotor but somehow found that the cap for a 55-56 chevy without the window fit. That cap clipped on and would require holes drilled for the screws. I never did it but I think its the same cap otherwise.
Prob. not what you want but I thought I would offer what I found.

Looks like a Mallory comp 9000, Ebay has new parts available. $39-$89 for a cap, $15 for a base. I run the same distributor on my comet 302. Brian Seaberg

BS428 is correct:
The cap is a Mallory P/N 29745 as shown on the link: https://www.holley.com/products/igni...rs/parts/29745
Rotors, base, and wire retainer are listed under Service Parts. (select appropriate rotor according ot rotation/ distributor P/N).

Got some of the stuff ordered, the rotor was a different animal but moroso showed one to match. Trying to retain the original 11,000 moroso cable drive Tach that came with the car in 1983. This car was one of Garley Daniels C super mods from way back. Thanks for the help Tom
