Top Sportsman Field Size

Are the top sportsman fields limited to 32 cars at National events and Divisional events with 7.99 the slowest ET and 6.10 the quickest?
Are Divisional "All Run" fields?

32 at Nats and out here it’s 64 divisional.
It’s been a while since TS has filled a Divisional but TD is doing well.
8.19 min dial.

With fields not filling up at national events at MG and ZMAX at the end of the year I don’t understand why we can’t use our grade points from other categories to enter T/S . I understand you have to have points to get in S/ST but not T/S and T/D .
