Rob,
Thanks for the advise.
Obviously Keith has many tricks up his sleeve.
I'll be sure to check that one out. LOL

Good afternoon guys and gals, after a long night of rain it has dried up pretty well.
they are supposed to have a street night tonight so I will have something to do,
anyway I worked on the car again today checked my brakes, was having an issue there well I found out what it was, the edges of the pads were touching and the pads were completely worn
I just put these on there before Cecil county, that’s only three weeks ago!!!!!!! Also put new rotors on at the same time. I do this every season. what the heck happened? they are the same part number pads I use and can get an entire season out of. I think I may have gotten some Chinese junk mixed in there. All four pads looked like this

Wow, that's ugly. Where did the rotors come from? Probably have to replace them also after this weekend.

The rotors are wilwood also, and I replaced them at the exact same time
this is only three weeks ago!!!! I still can’t believe the same part number pads wore out in three weeks, has to be something wrong with the material. Thought maybe the calipers were locking up but no such luck, they turn free. the rotors look like normal ware. Oh well I put last year‘s spares on and they are working just fine when I get home I will be ordering hawk pads instead and hope for a better result

Yeah, something got changed in the mix. Pads just don't do that unless like you said, there's a caliper issue. But, both sides aren't going to have caliper issues at the same time. Master hanging up a bit possibly? Or just a crappy run of brake pads? I'd certainly give Wilwood a holler and see what they have to say.

Keith I have 2 sets of Hawk Black Pads that are new in the box.
I bought them as spares for my dragster.....sold the car
I had M-W brakes and would have to look at the part number for the pads
Not sure if they fit a Wilwood caliper/rotor but if they do maybe you can save some $ buying what I have.....
