16V Stuff
I am changing to 16V for next year. Who makes the best 16V Battery Charger and Batteries?

Re: 16V Stuff
I have used the ROCk battery and Charger in all my stuff for the las4 seasons. Works very well. The batteries in my Camaro are 4 seasons old now.
I run 10.90 and do a lot of bracket racing they hold up real well. In the last 3 years I have a division Championship and 2 World Championships. Those Batteries are a big part of that. I also ran them in both the dragsters I had with 565 inch motors never failed either. You can call Mark Payne @ House of Payne 540-471-0471 he is a dealer or call Rockingham Dragway direct @ 910-582-3400 Chip Johnson |

Re: 16V Stuff
My father and I use the Turbo start batteries in both cars. Usually get 4 to 5 years out of them. Best advise is to keep them charged.

Re: 16V Stuff
Mickey,
My Rock Battery Charger is 12v and 16v so you can borrow it anytime. Your Red Top must be an old one. I hade one built in 2000 that still held a charge used it to work Trailer whinch. They make them in Mexico now and they are pretty much Junk. My last dragster came with one in it. It would'nt even spin the motor over. Chip |

Re: 16V Stuff
Well we have two cars. One has turbo start batteries and charger the other we use XS power and thier charger. Never had issues with either set up the XS power car also uses an alternator. I dont think either is a bad choice.
