Default Barry Grant

Anybody else have a bad experience with Barry Grant service?

I sent my pump and regulator in to be serviced and 4 weeks later I received the pump back without the bypass regulator installed on it. When I called them they told me I had to sent the pump back so that they could install the bypass regulator. After getting the run around from several people at Barry Grant and waiting another week I finally got my pump back with the regulator but I am out the extra shipping costs to send the pump back to them.

I have heard from a couple of others that this is the normal stuff from Barry Grant. Great product but terrible service.

I was thinking about switching everything to either magnaflow or aeromotive. Does Aeromotive make a comparable pump to the BG400?

Just go magna fuel no more problem!!!! Do pump and reg .I have the stuff in stock plus fittings.

I would recommend our A2000 pump (p/n 11202) like CBS has on his Vette. It has won everything from the NHRA Stock World Championship with Peter Biondo to the IHRA Pro Stock World Championship with Pete Berner. Give us a call if you have any questions.

I called and emailed Barry Grant with a question on installation of a new purchase through Jegs. There was no instructions in either box of the parts. Just the parts only. I never heard back from either inquiry.
Good Parts just lousy service.
I think I have bought my last Barry Grant products.

I needed a bracket for my 4-port regulator, they said I had to send it in. So I sent it in and when I got it back from them the bracket was on backwards so the inlet was pointing at the firewall!!!!!

I love my BG400, just hate the service.

Also you better have 15-20 minutes to sit on hold when you call.
