Mike: I went to a 99 cent store and they had a plastic container the perfect side. I put a zip up plastic bag around the carb and newspaper rolled around the outside. I can put 1/2 dozen carbs in a plastic tote container.

The way I build carbs = I need a lot of spares!

Mike, Kris and i just found some multipurpose real nice hard plastic carring cases (Apache 2800) at Harbor Freight Tools they have the pre-cut foam inserts that are easily customized to fit carbs, pistols, and are very durable.

If you use the Harbor Freight box, just be careful if the carb has fuel; it will damage the foam and create a mess. Just purchase some fuel cell foam, cut it accordingly and replace the foam that comes with the box.

For spare QJ parts, I use the Harbor Freight plastic box with the inserts. It has different size compartments that allows to place the rods and other parts.
