You sound like the perfect guy to volunteer at your local hospital when the virus arrives in your area.

With the NBA shutting down there will be a domino effect with the NHL, MLB and even NASCAR likely to follow suit. I’d suspect NHRA will start canceling after the Gators. The good news is this will all pass. We’re going through exactly what smaller groups endure via tornadoes, hurricanes etc. and resilience will prevail.

Bruce,
Sounds like a job for you, you seem to know it all, go for it. I will keep doing what I do and not worry about it, just flew to North Dakota 3 days ago and feel fine.

On the contrary! I only have questions but you seem to be convinced of your invincibility of the Coronavirus. I think you would be well suited for helping folks if needed. Fly on brother.

Unlike a "natural disaster", which you can plan and/or engineer for, how do you keep yourself safe during a global pandemic? You don't necessarily have to "freak out", but wouldn't it be a good idea to follow the guidance of the medical community and at least give yourself a fighting chance? And if that means staying away, temporarily, from large crowds of people who have the very real potential of spreading the CoVid-19 virus, so be it. This IS going to pass, eventually, because that's how pandemics work. And most, but NOT ALL of us, will come through it just fine. Take the recommended precautions because it matters for all of us.

In so far as the vaccine that is being developed - if OUR tax dollars are being used to research and produce it, why should a private company make a profit on it? Shouldn't the common good out way corporate greed?

Not at all. I have spent years volunteering at a handicapped Adults Workshop. Sorry the truth about the spread of the Coronavirus causes you to be fearful and to feel hopeless.

You seem to be the one that is feeling fearful, I could care less, I am going on with my daily life like usual. But you seem to know better, your arrogance is all over this forum
