That is a 68' Dodge Coronet R/T with a 440.

While this is an internet file photo, it is what I was driving (16 years old) in 1968. The interior in mine was a dark red. All else the same.

At least I could say no one else, locally, had one.
Only saw one other like it over the years. NOT fast but the cool factor of a convertible at 16.......

What was the 1/4 mile performance test on the 68' Buick GS400.

I remember the basic GS400 400/340HP running around 15.00's @ 92 MPH.

All were automatics, I never saw a 4-speed.

No but there is under that yellow '68 426 Hemi Charger R/T...see door badges.
