Default Joshua Lee

What engine combination does Joshua Lee run in his H/EA?

It looks like he has a Honda logo on the scoop.

Now just for the fun of it, I play here with some “theoretical” numbers from his set-up.
The H/EA minimum weight is 1100 lbs with 8, 25 lbs per cu.in. giving us an engine of 134 cu.in. (utilizing the minimum weight)
Index is 9, 56 sec. and Joshua Lee have a personal index of 9, 52 sec. He own the record at 8, 84 sec, (04/11/23) at 150 mph that is giving 0, 72 sec. under the index and 0, 68 under his personal index. You need 424, 63 H.P. (Wallace racing E.T and MPH calculator) to do it.
(3, 17 H.P. per cu.in.)
Now, let applied this set-up to the dragster class: L/DA. Minimum weight at 850 lbs and 7, 50 lbs per cu.in. Index is: 8, 85 sec.
134 cu.in. with 7, 50 lbs per cu.in., give 1005 lbs with 424, 63 H.P. (Wallace racing E.T and MPH calculator) give an E.T. of 7.77 seconds and 174.01 MPH. A whopping
1, 08 under!!!

The Honda F20C is a great design and a great choice for Competition Eliminator.
