Default Mopar quick release steering wheel hub

I've looked all over for a quick release unit for my 69 Road Runner that is NOT a weld on unit. Mopar and GMC have the same spline count and shaft diameter, but the GMC unit won't lock . Is there a reason no one produces one for the Mopar or am I looking in the wrong place. Any help locating one would be appreciated.

NRG P/N SRK-170H allows the use of their bolt-on quick release.
