The Mid Atlantic Super Series will host its season opener at Mason Dixon Dragway on April 26th & 27th, 2025. The series that has almost turned into a mini-divisional event will be a great T&T for those who are looking to get out for some competition in the Northeast before the D1 schedule starts up on Memorial Day weekend.
Classes that weekend: Super Comp Super Gas Super Street Top Dragster Top Sportsman Juniors Pro Super Pro Gates will open at 5pm Friday the 25th for a Track Operated Test & Tune for $60 plus crew from 6 to 10pm, Gates re-open at 9am Saturday & Sunday with Juniors going hot at 10am both days, the plan is 2 qualifiers and eliminations on Saturday and 1 qualifier and eliminations on Sunday. We will have a complete rotation out in a few weeks! We will be rolling out a brand-new website through My Race Pass in a week or so that will be very interactive to the racers and allow racers to Pre-Enter the events if they wish. The Mid Atlantic Super Series has launched a new interactive website for the Mid Atlantic Super Series, we have worked hard with Amanda Wesler of My Race Pass to create a site that is for the racer.
www.midatlanticsuperseries.net So as most of you have asked, what makes it racer friendly? - Being able to pre-register for events - we know a few of you use a CC as your means of payment for racing events, this will now allow you to pre-enter an event and not have to rob the ATM on a Friday Night. You will still have to pay the gate fee, crew fee and optional Calcutta but this solves some of the bulk payment of having to carry cash. The Mason Dixon Race 1 & 2 and Cecil County Race 3 & 4 are now active to enter if you wish. - Points being updated as the event is going on - yes as sheets are printed by the tower, Dana or I will be updating the points per round. - Racers profiles - buy claiming your profile you can basically create a Facebook like profile for all your racing accomplishments, as articles are posted about your wins, they attach to your profile - Live Timing and Audio Announcing - Right now the 2 tracks we visit are not compatible with MyRacepass (Compulink & Accutime) but if we add a track that is compatible you will get live timing and be able to subscribe to listen to the announcer during our races. The Mid Atlantic .90 series is proud to continue its partnership with the Edelbrock Group for the 2025 season. The group has had a long-standing relationship with the .90 series that is well over 10 years now.
As we have done in previous years if you have signed up via the Edelbrock Portal you are safe but Billy and his team will now have a paper copy that can be filled out and mailed, emailed, faxed back to him forever those who arent savvy with a computer. Once again, all winners of an event that are running the stickers & registered online will get $150 cash and runners-up will get $75 per product in a check a few weeks after the event. The items eligible are Comp Cams, Edelbrock and TCI. So a chance at an additional $450 to win and $225 runner-up per race and just think a weekend with 32 cars could be a nice $4,500 payday! Edelbrock, TCI and Comp Cams stickers will be available at the first race, so please pick them up and place them on your car. President Rob Keister had to say this: ?Billy Carroll and his team at the Edelbrock group have been with the Mid Atlantic Brand for almost 15 years and we?re excited to have them back on board for the 2025 season and also expanding over to the other series, I wish everyone was as easy to work with as Billy is, he truly believes in the sportsman racers and wants to support them in any way possible?. |

We know the LODRS Schedule doesn't kick off till Memorial Day Weekend, everyone is looking for places to test before those events. With the closing of tracks and limited track rental opportunities for many have become few and far between to test before any events. I've been asked by a few racers if it was possible to rent Mason Dixon for the Friday, April 25th for our first race weekend. Jake at MD was kind enough to send me the information and if we do so it will be $150 for 30 spots, both lanes prepped on the 25th from 12-5. Once the 30 spots fill up there will be a waiting list, this is open to anyone who wants to come. Payment must be made before the T&T to secure your spot, the cutoff date to pay will be April 18th, 2025 - if you don?t pay, we will roll over to the wait list to fill the spots.
