Default Pro stock question

Was flipping through a national dragster today and saw on Greg Anderson‘s car what looked to be like a hockey puck on the roof of the car.
Can anyone please explain what this is? I did not see it on any other car.

In nascar every car has the pod for the camera if anybody has one. So everybody has the same downforce. But it only has a camera in it if a sponsor pays for it. Years ago teams figured out in the wind tunnel that on certain tracks it was a advantage. So the wealthy teams always had one of it helped. The lesser funded teams cried foul. So nascar leveled the playing field and put the pod on all cars camera or not. NHRA might not do that. So some have it some don’t. I worked on a small stock car team for a over a decade back in the late 80’s and 90’a. Is how I know this. We couldn’t afford one. LOL
