Maple Grove Divisional Tech?

Good morning all.
I understand, Pay at the gate.
Just wondering how tech will be done at Maple Grove Divisional?
Just wondering where we get the tech card, at the gate or on the web site?

From what I read on the d1 link you have to fill out your tech Card on line and summit it to NHRA . The link is on NHRA racer. And you pay at the gate.
