I thought the Mailbu was unmatched. Man, you have done it again, Todd. I'll say, Ive been a big fan of your skill and abilities, from way back when you built your open trailer, from scratch, and the seeing a few cars you did thru the shop. My hat is off....
Wow !

Funny you mentioned the trailer build as when I went to an enclosed trailer I sold the custom open to a member here on Classracer. Can't remember his name though. Sure miss that trailer some days. |

And with that, this is almost where we are today.
Just last Monday I delivered the car to the body shop. So now the wait... ![]() ![]() My goal would be to try and have the car back from body/paint by the end of the year to give me the rest of the winter/spring to assemble, plumb & wire the car, but we will jut have to see how this goes since it's out of my control now. |

Loved your Malibu. Your fabrication skills with this build are top notch. I'm a huge 4 eye fan as I recently sold mine (small tire turbo car). This is going to be a work of art. Don't know what color you are going with but love the Orange look.
Keep the updates coming. Rick Ryan |

Thanks for posting the build process on your car, it has been very informative. Top notch skill and workmanship too. Just curious about the powder coating; it looks like the chassis was coated with the body attached but the exterior of the body doesn't have any powder coat on it. How do they do that?
Thanks |
