Keep an eye on a new combo in Div 4. It will probably run as GT/DE, but would be a killer in GT/DA.

John is correct! both our engine's were on bischoff's dyno the same day. I convinced Phil to go there after he lost an engine at Bristol. My engine made more power on the dyno but u gotta hand it to Phil and Pete making that chassis work. Probably the most successful team in super stock. I made more power spent more money and the ole sly fox is going quicker. But he's my mentor and I'm glad
![]() BTW just talked with Phil yesterday and after over 60 run's all the bearing look brand new, he freshened the tranny but just put the engine back in as is. That's good workmanship for a 3.25 main journal and a 2.5 rod journal hittin 8000 rpm with a 75 lb crank!!! hat's off to Bischoff...Look out Jer!!! I'll say one thing Tony Bischoff and the guys at BES have show their stuff the last 3 years of the Jegs Engine Master challenge and it looks like it has rubbed off over in SS eliminator

yeah and you can get things in a reasonable time with no funny business. Its refreshing to have a talented guy that is a good businessman. worth every penny for that alone!!
