Mr Colorful (S/G 37)
Tell me about these fellows, Dave and Eddie. Are they like Coil and Fedderly? Whipple and McCulloch? Pulde and Hamby? Candies and Hughes? Kleinweber and Hughes? Time for you tell all. Almost ALL.................. See you at the races, Wayne Kerr |

Re: Speeds in S/G
Now you guys are getting personal......When you can just drive the car.....not dial it...not clean it...the driver can concentrate on driving....and BS ing....of course
I have been very fortunate to have a couple of guys that really love this stuff....and are really really good at it.....Dave dials with data and experience...and he's one of the best....I just screw it up most of the time... Anyway....Eddie A. did a great job in Super Gas this past year....a couple of breaks and his number would have been much lower.....he wasn't lucky......I think guys are not looking forward to racing him....I know I'm not.... you can tell I have been on the ss forum.....I'm way too serious... I can't even post over there.......thank God I'm not running in stock with a blower.....I'd have to hire a bodyguard..... also one of the stock guys made a reference to the super class racers not being good enough to be in stock so we race super gas...like it was a lesser class.....whats he smoking....and he was racing in G/S....... its another world.... Re: Speeds in S/G
Just goes to show you what a little speed does for a super gas car.....it has given Eddie confidence....and that usually means winning.....

” Heavy Hitter” I do like the nick name…..but!........as far as being one? Tune me up a bit here "Heavy" . I'm checking out this: http://img212.imageshack.us/img212/8...yhitterbv8.jpg it appears that you didn’t even make the NHRA top 20 in 08 even for the folks that did only show at 2 races. IHRA Hot Rod 08 ? I don’t even find your name? I’m not a heavy hitter, but I did stay a Holiday Inn Express” once and I do know some “heavy hitters” that hang out here at “Class Racer” and if they got “called out” they could back it up with some statistics. So we'll will be waiting and... I'll take my coffee ………. I'll take my coffee without cream and sugar. (I dont want to get " Mr. Colorfull excited thinking about Mrs Colorfull and her giving me and earfull for putting crazy azz thoughts in his head. it's a cabin fever thing) Ps As far as me being a "Heavy Hitter" ? I’m half way there and yes I can back it up and so will some folks here............ However I'm still working on the hitter part. |
