Which Combo's are most likely to get HP added or subtracted?

Trigger is still there, just .20 faster. I bet there are many many cars that wish they could go -1.20 without getting looked at.

I think it's supposed to work in a way that good cars/combinations dont run off to far from the competition and get to move up to next class,I dont see a success with such a move right now when the AHFS system dont work anyway!
