But these intakes didn't make any extra horsepower. So, not a big deal.

Maybe they work better on Chebbies but every Mopar engine builder and racer I have talked to says the edlebrock heads are junk and take a ton of work and money to equal the cast iron head. The only advantage is weight off the nose.

Brings back some memories...

I had a 1960 Chevrolet Impala 4 door Station Wagon with a 283 and a TurboGlide....

I especially like the Gr in place of L....

Blew it up on the San Mateo Bridge going to Fremont in 1966...

But I did keep it and replaced the engine and trans with a 350HP 327 and a wide ratio 4 speed and used it as a driver for years...

I agree about the transmission deal. But not one of you Chrysler and Mopar guys will admit the intake is bogus Be real ! Us Chevy people are stuck with factory intakes and heads. I wish I could get anything aftermarket intake for my poor Chevy.
You guys are getting 1 year free enjoy while it last.
I gotta ask. Do you really think the Chrysler would have beaten the camaro heads up without out the bogus heads and intake ? Don’t think so
Wasn't using the bogus heads.
