I would say no . I am assuming the gasoline they mix with Ethanol is low quality so 30% will probably not be welcome .

Can you still use an electric fuel pump? Even with jets sizes in the 160s? Or do you have to run a mechanical pump?

A belt drive is always nice, but I have run the 1250 with .172 jets using a Magnafuel Prostar 500 and a Magnafuel large 2 port regulator.
