Mine was a Buick 350 (75-76)..Jim M, 350 Chevy ..I believe Ken is looking at the 350 Olds.
Yes, more cam, 800 carb, lower compression..250 hp ..Really not a bad one.

My advice? Keep looking.
What truck camshaft lift gift? The specs show .458"/.467". Besides, it's listed with Dodge trucks and should fall under the same category rules. I'm not sure about the stick with the 360. Maybe the 318. This is the same Magnum engine that is in the pickups.

Dwight, My point was that, in some combos , the truck hp rating is less than the passenger car rating, yet the trucks get a .430 lift cam too ..(as do FWD cars) ..if the spec is less than that from the factory.
Yes ,there are still a few Dodge trucks around, and I'm sure they've got plenty of money in them by now.
Jeep Cherokee 360? Unique? Yes
Killer combo ? Nah

It's the middle of winter and there's no a lot of other stuff to do so let's hear what you've got! Vic? Travis? Bender? Yac? Dwight?

I'm working on a possible O, P, Q car. Not sure if its real good or not. William I will call you soon.

I'm curious, if someone had nothing lying around, and I mean no parts at all except a car(running complete bone stock street car) how cheaply folks think one could be done?

I learned from my past failures I need to worry about just completing one before I try that, but it's a good thinking/talking point...

Well, that would depend on just what you have to "bring to the table"! If you just decide that you want to go racing and you're not a car guy then I hope that you've got a well paying job or a rather large trust fund. If not then I hope that you're a good fabricator and a good barterer.
There's no such thing as a car guy having "nothing lying around". And by that I don't necessarily mean "lying around" in your yard or in your line of sight but what's "lying around" you're friends yards, the neighbors yards and most of the junkyards in a few hundred mile radius.
Who you are and what you can do all figures into the price of poker.
