Did NHRA change the record retirement to 24 months from 12 months???

Bob, they did infact do just that. I think it was a wise move as the interest in the PERFORMANCE side was threatened by the 11 month 29 day cycle of the past few years. That sounds more like a jail sentence than a National Record.....
