All this push back and negativity over 1%. Amazing. Times are changing.

The worse red light won 3 times in the second round of Stock at Charlotte, . 3 out of 14 pairs is way more than 1%..

The Spring Fling is not a good barometer because the racers have their reaction time built in to the delay box, where's bottom bulb racers such as Stock uses pure reaction. On that second round at Charlotte, true start was not even in force. The winner of the race could have been one of the early foul racers. It's time for change!

When they first announced the program, I ran stats for some of our Footbrake events, and saw very similar results, maybe .5% higher.

Micheal: Were your stats based on a true start tree race or a race where the faster car got the bye? It will make a difference.

After using TruSTART at both Spring Fling events (Vegas and Bristol), I am very happy with both how it performed and with the racer feedback. After watching it in action, I am going to say that 85 to 90% of the racers gave positive feedback.

Thanks to Bob @ Compulink and Jeff @ LVMS for helping it to become a reality.

Peter
