For the 1st time in 19 years she moved under her own power today. It was only in and out of the shop but words can’t describe that feeling.
Huge thanks to Dean Cook Jr for spending the better part of his Saturday getting the alignment dialed in. Another big thanks to Richard Gorski & Fire Core wires for getting a custom set of wires made and shipped 2 hours after ordering. Still a ton of stuff to do but the plan is to roll her into the beams, put it on the chip and dump that clutch the 20th. ![]() |

Well this was a strange one… that small spot on the fork had it completely locked up. It was the same spot on both holes of 1 fork and both rods had a spot in the same area. Sanded the spots down and it shifts like butter.

That looks a lot like an arc burn from improper grounding. Did someone do a little weld job?
