Which brings up at least two more very interesting questions. Why did it take almost a month to announce his appointment. And what has been happening to the other tech people like Harry and Danny?

Can’t speak for what he’ll do for Stock/SS racers but he’s a national event winner in Super Comp and ran the class for several years, so he’s a sportsman guy.

How much will he do for Stock and S/S I don’t know, but Lonnie is a super good guy, he has a lot of knowledge. Talked with him at PRI a few years ago when he was Tech Director for NMCA.

The first part to making an impact for S/SS racers would be to be approachable and listen to concerns that the racers have. I'm not sure how you would filter that from people having personal agendas. Sometimes what I hear is thats the problem to why we got where we did today.
