I had to adjust the latch on mine to make it stay latched at launch. Guess I'm lucky mine never broke when it would pop up, then re-latch. I would not have known mine was doing that if I wasn't shown a picture with it up about 6". Was always latched after a pass. Guessing it stays latched now. LOL

IIRC the Sportsman only race in the same two lanes.

I don't recall any racing in lanes 3 &4 which is normal for the fall race. In the spring they flip back and forth since the other lanes are prepped for the Pros to go 4 wide.
