I was there.
And, yes, I ran 11.58.
I went out the first round, due to being new to this and the car.
I packed up last night and headed home.

I can guarantee it!!! My dad is on the sheet and the car didn't leave the garage this weekend

Let me clarify.
The qualifying sheet listed anyone who attended in June and anyone new who just attended this weekend's race.

The qualifying times are the best of the event in June and from this weekend or so it was explained to me.

My times were better this weekend than in June, so my best qualifying time was from this weekend.

Maybe someone else can chime in, who did better in June than this weekend.
