Tom..... Simmer down. Let's go back to those early years. I still remember your Dad at MN Dragways before his snowmobile crash. Then after his surgery, he still wanting the need for speed, so your Pop's run a stick with the help of a bungey cord to aid him with his 2-3 shift. Right or wrong? That was then the invention of Jerico.

Im so mellow its unreal but intense as Jimmy Page explains Stairway to Heaven tight but loose.Intense but mellow.He does not need a bungy cord for his comp car he can shift it fine,My dad has come a long way and we have never forgot where we come from.Im so proud of him hes a genious.His days are outnumbered racing he says its too much work and he knows i wanna race more.I dont know who you are but I will race BIR next year with at least one car maybe 2 we will see.I have posted a ton of cool pics on facebook and plan in making a site dedicated to John Hagen.You missed the fiasco today it didnt bother me a few cheap shot its all good ...If i wasnt doing anything they wouldnt be talking take care

Yes, your dad is a genious and alway's been. No doubt about it. I love his new EFI hotrod. Trying to help Gene with his his new "Straight 8" Ponitiac project. Same as your Dad. Small world.....

I'm an older racer, and I'm haveing some flash backs to raceing at Byron Dragway, and that was a meet they (Leek) called the Gas Coupe and Sedan Nationals If I'm right ? I also remember a powder blue coupe, if my memory serves me right that was powered by 6 cyl; GMC ? Are you guys the one and same people ? The car really flew for a six banger ! I was a grunt for the Hot Rod Shop of Milwaukee, C Gas car ! If you are the gentlemen from that car thanks for the memorys ! ,,,,,,,,,,John Lang
