I wonder how long it will be before they'll need a sales code or part number for an 8.49 cage and a parachute......

Almost everyone out here has a Chevy or no car. And yes I have a dealership. Think someone made it work for 43 years. My first car was a $1200 used hemi that I had to finance in l970. I worked hard at the shop as I worked hard on my race cars. We fixed our customers cars at the track for years. And I will have a Viper Challenger. Nuff said about that.

It does not matter how hard you've worked or for how long and it doesn't matter if it's a GM or MOPAR or FORD this is wrong. They need there own class or put in superstock with a correct factor!!!!!!. Must be nice to be a BIG FISH IN A SMALL POND. why don't you go run SS/AH, oh that's right hard to run with the top dogs over there just like it was in top stock.

At the intro Mopar said it was a 600hp v 10, dont count on nhra to hold them to it. The 2 speed trans is one thing what about the 9" ford rear, this is a real stocker alright. I got 2 cars on blocks, looks like they will stay there now. They are just old junk now, Barry you are not alone, lots of cars will sit next year.

Modified floor and tunnel...............sounds like a super gas car to me Lexan windows............once again a bracket car All you people who think these cars are "great" for the class, this is the door that has been opened. Alan was 100% spot on when he said this was pandora's box. The factories will keep putting more and more bogus stuff in these cars with no opposition from NHRA, i guess the next Cobra Jet will have a tube chassis at this rate. This i precisely why these cars HAVE to be seperated from the rest of Stock and Super Stock.
