The second Racing for Cancer Super Street Race is in the books and congratulations to Roy Keaser on his win. Congrats also to Alex Miller (runner-up) and John Malaby and Bill Hoskinson on their semi-final finishes. A huge thanks to the Coughlin Family and Team Jeg's for supporting this event and also to Mike Fouts and all of the team at Pacemaker's Dragway Park.
The final tally is not done yet and we are not sure what next year holds, but can tell you there have been some awful generous people that have attended both of these events. During these tough economical times, it is great to see the racing faternity and spectators open their hearts and wallets to help us find the cure. If you get a chance to check out our website (www.racingforcancer.com) you will see that we are over the $7000.00 mark in donations through our fund and the monies that Jeg's has donated in matching our fund raisers. We hope to push that over $10,000.00 real soon and for that we are truly grateful. Thanks to everyone who participated and for all of those who worked so hard to make this event as awesome as the first one. Good luck to all of the racers the rest of this season!! Thanks again......
