Cajun Sports Nationals ?

I noticed that the Belle Rose Div 4 race allows pay at the gate, so is the Laris Motorsports Cajun Sports Nationals the same?

I was just reading up on what the schedule would be and it says on the nhradiv4 site that you can pay at the gate. But all tech cards are online. I posted the link as well with the other information available at this time.
