If you are, then I wish your former Gremlin would've been my 1st round opponent (with you driving it)!

As for my (as you call it, "turd" racer), I'll share some facts with you:

1. I have two Wally's that I earned in <100mph cars (one of which was actually called "Oscar" back in the '80's), circa 1981 D5 Street Eliminator Champion, and 2020 D7 Phoenix double-header Stock Eliminator 2nd race winner (fyi, the 1st race I made the 1/4 finals in)!
2. I also have two Cactally's that I earned in 2022 and 2023! I know you don't have one of them, as you would've had to race in the "Arizona Stock/Super Stock Association" combo races to have a chance to earn one, and you're there in New Jersey!
3. I've been in three final rounds at as many Stock/Super Stock oriented races, and guess what, my so-called (by you), "turd" is 3-0!
4. My worst reaction time at Maple Grove Raceway last year was my 1st rnd rt. of .019, with the others in order being .016, .013, and. 018! My motivation for trying to win the race would've been enhanced mightily if you were my opponent in that race, whether you're the Fernandez, Ed, or anotherone!?
I realize that we are not quite 2 weeks into the New Year, but so far…...this is the most entertaining post of the year ….RIP Ed Fernandez….

I'm not surprised that a guy that's been dead for almost 2 years and who hasn't posted for over 5 years gets dragged into this thread by a hater of his. Again, haters going to hate!

Meanwhile this chest pounder finished 44th in Division 7 this past season in the LODRS and only got lucky once getting to 2nd round!

In 2023 he was a no show in stock eliminator and in 2022 he finished 51st, this time he got lucky twice getting to 2nd round!

2021 was another stellar season for this also ran and 1st round runner up finishing 50th and getting lucky once again to advance to the 2nd round!

Ed Fernandez ain't here to defend himself so I'll will. This guy Gary Hampton has no business calling out anyone no mind a guy that passed 2 years ago. Yep his car his a turd and he's got no driving skills!

Least HP? tell that to the Factory Stockers running in the low 9's etc
Would've preferred stock not to have been the first out at Maple Grove this past October, our class was running 8.10s, and it was still in the 40s at 9am. But we know going in that we're first up, just have to plan accordingly.

I actually appreciate the perspective here. I have no sympathy for folks trying to go 175+ in SG trim that complain they can't get down on a marginal track, or factory stockers trying to go 140+ on a 9 inch tire. That's your choice, figure it out.

Now that will separate the drivers from the riders!
