You know I can't argue with your logic. What bothers me, just a little, is the feeling I get that you enjoy reciting it over and over..... and over.

Just curious, why are you trying to promote the end of the sport? You continuously claim the "obvious demise" but why? Most folks here want to collaborate to make class racing better. What value do you perceive your input being? Millennial here, trying to do my part!

I’m not promoting it, just accepting the inevitable. The bigger question is why are you afraid of the reality of class racing’s demise and the reasons for it?

I’ve owned fishing boats that had to be kept in a slip, too big for a trailer. A stock, super stock car is a bargain compared to a boat kept in the water. Just look at all the pleasure boats and fishing boats in a marina. If those guys wanted to save money they would all go drag racing (LOL) I can park my classic race car in the garage and it won’t cost me anything, it might actually go up in value. Not so with a boat, just keep shoveling money into it whether it is being used or not.
