Default An fitting repair

Anyone have a way to repair a female, swivel hose fitting.
This one binds and is very hard to get on.
I have some new ones on the way.
But would like to know of any tricks to make them work correctly again.
Thank You!

Nope, just throw them away and buy XRP fittings
