I can tell you for a fact that the tracks have been called. I had to call numerous times to NP (the National Open) before I received mine. At the same time I called San Antonio last year about that payout from that race and was informed that everyone would be paid by Christmas. Guess I should have asked which Christmas. Since then, I personally haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone. All that aside, I do think that the division director &/or NHRA should be responsible for enforcing the tracks to meet their payouts. They collect their money from them ahead of time. They could collect payouts also or tracks should pay before you leave the track. I have no problem with cash, check, or PayPal.
