Live from GALOT
Well not quite, we'll be pulling out this morning for the 5 hour trip south. Can't wait to see my racing family again. The plan is for a little T&Ting tomorrow and hopefully a good dinner with friends tomorrow evening. Hope to see everyone there. Its going to be a HOT one so come prepared. I plan on getting a spot with power and water, going to run the AC all weekend. See ya there

Re: Live from GALOT
Well the trip south went uneventfully and we got here around 3:30. We're all hooked up and the ACs are running and its HOT 92degs. Today's T&T starts at 12:00 I think, we're going to make a couple hits at the 9.35 index and hopefully get done quickly. Its going to be in the 90s all weekend and there a 50-60% chance of rain.

Re: Live from GALOT
Well the rain cleared off and we where racing by 3:30 but not to many took advantage of it? The track was good and I couldn't of asked for my runs to go any better hopefully I wont screw it up in eliminations. Were schedule for 3 time runs today and the weather should be good but HOT so come on down.

Re: Live from GALOT
Thanks Marty .We're done with time runs and they went pretty good for us. The car ran well and I had a string of oo lights. I have to give the track and the NHRA officials some credit they can get cars down the track. Sitting outside to RV it sounds like you're on the side of a freeway with so many cars going by. We'll be finished soon and the schedule in for S/ST 1st out at 9AM.

Re: Live from GALOT
Well another 1st round RU for me.I think I used up all my good reaction times in qualifying. Congrats to the winners and RUs S/St Ricky Hall over Ed Pualey, SG John Taylor over Rusty Cook, SC Ray Miller III over John Labbous Jr. Time to go fishing (my new pass time) see you at the races.
