I do not have a problem with mail in ballots, I have voted by mail myself, but I put a stamp on the envelope and mailed it myself. Ballot Harvesting is when a politicize group collects the ballots and submits them, that is pure voter fraud when they tell the person who to vote for, or fills it out for them, and you know darn good and well that this happens. Your a military man how can you say that is OK. As far as the generals, the day we have the military setting policy is the day this democracy is over, is that what you want.
