Yes it's that time of the year again when the 4th month of the year and numeric days of this month, coincide with either the cubic inch displacement, or the advertised hp of big block engines from the muscle car era. As I've said in previous years there's something for everyone as the month always starts with 401 (for AMC fans), to 430 (which I know now thanks to a YouTube show called "Cars and Zebras"), that both the '63 427 Z11 Mystery Motor, and the '69 aluminum head 427 were rated at 430hp!
It didn't occur to me as much (until I started watching that show), that there were several days in March that made it worthy of being dubbed "Mouse/Muscle Motor Month"! Help me out with this , but these are my days of March that relate with ci's or hp's of small and big block engines: 1. 301 Pontiac. 2. 302 Chevy and Ford 3. 304 AMC? 4. 305 Chevy 5. 307 Chevy 6. 318 Mopar 6. 325 Chevy 327, and I believe a 340 Mopars hp rating, + a hp rating of the 396 Chevy 7. 326 Pontiac 8. 327 Chevy 9. 330 Oldsmobile, and the hp rating on the strongest 327 Chevy. 10. 331 a 327 bored .030 over, made famous to me by "Da Grump"! What do y'all think....corrections? Additions?

This is what I was hoping to see, thanks guys! I may not currently have a dog in either of these months fights, but nearly 40yrs ago I had two:
1. In 1980 I bought a 2dr '66 Chevy Impala Coupe that (get this), came with a 396/325hp engine, and a 3spd tranny!!! I didn't know such cars with such engines, came with such trannies!!!! 2. In (I believe) 1984, I had a 1967 Chevelle 2dr Coupe, that I replaced the original 283/195 mill, with a 327 that had 194 "Fuelie" heads for it, and a Power-glide tranny. Piss poor choices of who would work on both cars, contributed mightily to why I didn't have either of those cars for long....😔
