I guess sense no one directly answered my question and there isn’t pictures of the car apart I’m going to say it’s safe to assume he didn’t come apart?

No, he was not torn down. He got a "good looking over" by Travis and Harry. I was there. Jim

Like Jimmy Malone once said "This getting old stuff is not for the meek". We wish you a speedy recovery, you should make Indy no problem.
But.............if you need someone to keep those Mustangs exercised, free of charge of course, I could do that every other weekend. All you would have to do is supply the"Hay". I know if the shoe was on the other foot you would offer to take my Cuda fishing.

Get well soon!

Hoping for a quick recovery for you Gary. Keep that U/S Mustang flying. I love the lower class cars. I have friends with a few of them.

Gary I had both my knees replaced last year one in July and the other in Nov. I was able to race at the Orlando and Gainesville points meet this year..The most important thing I can tell you is make sure you go to Physical Training. Mine was 3X's a week for 8 weeks. They started me 4 days after my surgery. Good Luck
