6 pm curfew on a Friday night at a racetrack? You have to be kidding.
I think NJ needs to update their laws or at leaSt allow an exemption or permit. Of course you can't even BBQ on the porch in Ocean City, so what do you expect.

This is why I chose to stay home, it has become a joke to try and run a divisional at this track.

E-town runs under very strict rules thanks to endless court battles with neighbors.
They built walls and made them bigger and higher....they limit the days Nitro or Jet cars can run....they have early curfews and only so many days per year that they can get a waiver to run those type cars for big events... Last year I won S/C at this event and it was way past the curfew....they got permission to complete the event....Me and my opponent were the last pair down the track on Sunday night and it was close to 9PM... I skipped it this year.....going to Yankee stadium Sunday and even if the weather is iffy they will play and we'll be there.....

I skipped as well (family obligations). Looks like I made a good decision. Good luck and safe runs to all who are there.
