Phil is an excellent, well-respected driver for sure. But to make the statement that Grace Howell, Billy Leber, Jeff Hefler, Brad Plourd, and Casey Plazier dont have anything on him driving wise is completely absurd. Phil has not been to the number of NHRA events of those mentioned, but if you really took the time to research his credentials, for a period of the last 2 to 3 years, you would see that this guy is more than an accomplished driver. Glad you put your name on your post as well. Means alot coming from somebody that won't put their name out there. I never said any of these drivers are slouches, I just said Phil deserves a shot at driving a first class car for an owner with good resources. None of those drivers mentioned are any better than Phil. If Phil can ever get to 8 national events a year and 8 divisional events a year, I promise you that everyone will hear of him really quickly and wished he stayed back in the hollar.

What does that have to do with anything? bo's car is an automatic unless he has changed it recently, which I doubt he has done.

There is a lot more that goes into how many national event wins someone has than just driving ability.
My vote is for the girl that routinly went 6.xx @200+mph shifting a 5spd Pro Stock car... it's not her fault the car she was in didn't have enough horsepower to qualify. Oh yeah but when she did qualify she was the 1st one to leave the green bulb 100% of the time... that should say something. The girl is as qualified as anyone in my book
