How can someone who participates or has an interest in the outcome of this race be deciding horsepower factors? Sounds weird.

Weather Update
If qualifying is rained out Saturday, there will be one round of qualifying Sunday morning and then eliminations. Weather looks good for Sunday . If it rains Sunday race will be rescheduled Saturday Night Dinner cancelled if it rains . Cocktails and beer still on !
