It sticks in my craw to this day, they way they killed that magazine and left the market to wither and die.

Shame on them!!!

I don't have them anymore but, I bought every issue of that magazine from vol. I, #1 (I think it was Sept., 1964,) 'til it was killed...

And, yes I miss it!!!!
SS&DI started in November 1964. It was basically a spin off of Eastern Drag News, both started by Monk Reynolds.

I also do miss it.

It does bring some memories running to the magazine rack looking for the latest edition....also a reminder on how age is creeping on us too!!!
