Most of the time if you do what the companies want you get paid. You may feel like you have to do backflips to get it , but if it was easy everybody would be doing it.
Then there is the small percent that just won't pay and they know who they are.

On a side note IHRA list is up and they are adding to it eveyday. Hope 2012 will be better.

Maybe the laws are different in California, but in Nebraska, any unclaimed monies (i.e., gift cards, contest winnings) are not the property of the store (or offerer) but reverts to the State as unclaimed money.
