Arguable factors. Maybe get a couple impartial but knowledgable guys to help with the factors and try to come up with some parity and let the guys duke it out on the Tune and Test day at Belle Rose.

Go for it! You might have to take that throttle stop off and go fast enough to get around 90 HP though.
