Very very sorry to hear this bit of news. It won't be the same without your World Champion Mom at the track.She seemed like a great mom to all of us in Divisions 6 and 7 that met her,even if only casually. She was proud of her sons, and directly participated in their success. Hang in there,Jody and Toby, we're behind you guys all the way right now.

On behalf of Dale, Toby, Jody and Cody Lang thank you for all the kind thoughts and good wishes. Janet's passing was untimely and sudden and the grief and pain is palpable.
People measure success in so many different ways and the unconditional love she had for her boys makes her a star.She NEVER hesitated to put her family's needs above her own. She loved racing and she was a friend to everyone. In the end she was where she wanted to be and doing what she loved. That is success.
We miss you Janet.

This is very sad news, my condolences to Toby and Jody. Janet loved her boys, loved drag racing and was a kind friend to every class racer in division 6 & 7.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Lang Family. Especially Jody and Toby. Your Mother was such a wonderful Lady and we are all going to miss her smile, and especially picking up the time slips. I always enjoyed my visits with her. I am very, very saddened to hear this. Janet was a real breath of fresh air. Always gracious, kind and generous. Jody, Toby, and family, you have our most heart-felt sympathy.

Indeed a very sad day for all. It's hard when you lose a loved one. Everyday goes by you just hope and pray that they come walking in that door. Then reality sets in and you realize that their not. I don't know how it feels to lose a mother or a father, but when you love someone so much it's just hard to think about. Toby and Jody where very saddened to hear of this lose. Your thoughts and prayers are with us. Remember all the good times and keep her in your hearts.
