Stock GT or Crate Motor (Engine)?

Just doing some thinking outloud on what to do with the truck. The v-6 can be fast and qualify well, but it is not very consistent to race. I was thinking about stock GT or Crate Motor. I know the real solution is to get the 305 engine approved for NHRA, but that is a pain in the ***.

Does anyone have any recomendations for IHRA stock GT combinations or crate motors?
